Kansas Man Facing Five Charges in Clinton County Court

A confined docket hearing is set Tuesday for a Kansas City, Kansas man facing five charges in Clinton County Court.

Court documents say Tony Joe Grado faces felony charges of resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, and second-degree burglary.

Grado also faces a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended or revoked.

Records list all five charges from last Wednesday.

Grado is next due in court September 1 at 1:30 p.m.
