Kansas Man Gets Sentencing Date in Buchanan County Court For Sex Crime

A sentencing date is set for a Kansas man found guilty last week of a sex crime in Buchanan County.

Court documents say Olathe, Kansas resident Cody Ray Curry was found guilty of felony statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy with a person less than 12 years of age.

Records list that charge from 2018.

Curry was ordered to be held without bond.

He is scheduled for a sentencing hearing December 20 at 11:15 a.m.
