Kansas Resident Injured In Crash on I-35 in Cameron

A Kansas woman was injured in an accident that occurred Northbound on Interstate-35 in Cameron.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 10:18 A.M. 34-year-old driver Heather E. Pierce of Leavenworth was heading Northbound, lost control of the vehicle and travelled off the east side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a guardrail, and came to rest facing South.
Cameron EMS transported Pierce to Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. Her vehicle was totaled.
