KC Man Arrested on Driving Trio in Dekalb County

A Kansas City man was arrested on a trio of driving charges in Dekalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Karbino W. Deng Barac was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, not having valid registration, and not having a valid license.
Deng Barac was taken to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
