A Kansas City man was arrested on five driving charges Saturday morning in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Gean Boley was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to have two approved tail lamps equipped, failure to display valid plates, not wearing a seat belt, and not having valid insurance.

Boley was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
