KC Man Wanted On Clinton County Warrant Arrested In Nodaway County

A Kansas City man who was wanted on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant in Clinton County was arrested Monday night in Nodaway County on that warrant and charges similar to those he failed to appear on.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 26-year-old Kansas City resident Daniel Andronache on a misdemeanor warrant from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear. Online court records list those original charges as speeding by 20 to 25 miles-per-hour over the posted speed limit and a 1st offense of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

Andronache was also cited for not having a valid license and for speeding at 6-10 miles-per-hour over the posted speed limit.

Andronache was booked into the Nodaway County Jail to await bond. Court records list a $400 bond on the outstanding warrant.
