Kearney Man Arrested on Weapons Charge

A Kearney man was arrested on a weapons charge on Wednesday.

According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Gerry G. Beckett of Kearney, Missouri was arrested in Clinton County at 12:30 pm Wednesday.

Beckett had a warrant for his arrest in Clay County for the unlawful use of a weapon.

He is being held on bond at the Clinton County Jail.
