Kearney Man Overturns in I-35 Crash Monday

A Kearney man was injured in a Monday crash in Clay County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on I-35, just south of mile marker 20, when a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Russell D. Lee was heading southbound.

Troopers say Lee traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

He was taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Authorities say Lee was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
