Kentucky Fugitive Arrested in Clinton County

A Louisville, Kentucky man was arrested for being an out of state fugitive Wednesday afternoon in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Koulton U. Robinson was arrested on preliminary charges of being a fugitive from out of state, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and not wearing a seat belt.

Robinson was taken to the Clinton County Jail to be held without bond.
