Missouri Department of Corrections spokesperson Karen Pojmann says Kevin Strickland is expected to be released this afternoon from Western Missouri Correctional Center in Cameron.
A judge today granted a motion to exonerate Strickland in a 1978 triple murder.
The judge ordered Strickland’s immediate release.
