King City Teen Injured in Accident on Thursday

KING CITY – A King City teen was injured Thursday morning in an accident in King City.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred on Grand Avenue just before noon. A 17-year old male was attempting to secure an item on a towed unit when the vehicle came to a stop, resulting in the passenger falling off the towed unit.
He was transported to Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville with moderate injuries.
