Kingston Man Accused of Domestic Assault

A man from Kingston was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Clay County.
The arrest report says 42-year-old Jesse W. Sprague was arrested at 9:07 pm Sunday and charged with fourth-degree domestic assault.
He was taken to the Clay County Sheriff’s Department for a 12-hour hold.
