Kingsville Woman Arrested in Clay County

A woman from Kingsville was arrested Wednesday evening in Clay County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol charged 19-year-old Ashlynn R. Wallace with felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and not wearing a seat belt at 7:51 pm.
She has been released from the Ray County Jail.
