Late Night Crash in Andrew County Injures Man

A man from Union Star suffered a moderate injury in a late-night accident.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that 70-year-old William R. Swartz was driving south on US-169 north of St. Joseph at 10:20 pm Monday.
The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment and a concrete post.
Swartz was taken to Mosaic in St. Joseph by Andrew County EMS.
