Lathrop Man Arrested on Driving Trio in Clinton County

Troopers report the arrest of a Lathrop man on three driving charges Tuesday evening in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 54-year-old John D. Kidwell on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Authorities booked Kidwell into the Clinton County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
