Lathrop Man Arrested on Drug & Weapons Charges in Ray County

A Lathrop man was arrested on drug and weapons charges Thursday in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Zachary D. Goucher was arrested on two preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and a third charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Goucher was cited and released.
