Lathrop Man Arrested on DWI and Weed Possession

A Lathrop man was arrested Wednesday night for driving while intoxicated and minor marijuana possession.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 23-year-old Lathrop resident Cole J. Rhodes at 9:40 P.M. Wednesday on charges of class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. he was also cited for speeding.

Rhodes was booked into the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 12-hour hold to await formal charges.
