Lathrop Woman Arrested on Driving Pair Sunday Morning in Clinton County

Troopers report the arrest of a Lathrop woman Sunday morning in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 72-year-old Sarah J. Hobbs on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Authorities booked Hobbs into the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
