Law Enforcement Assaulted in Clay County

A man was arrested in Clay County after allegedly assaulting an officer.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 54-year-old Lonnie R. Reynolds of KCK at 3:19 am this (Wednesday) morning.

He was placed in custody for felony assault on a law enforcement officer, felony resisting arrest, and trespassing.

Reynolds is being held in the Clay County Jail for 24-hours pending formal charges.
