The new director of the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco control is wrapping up his second week on the job.
Mike Leara says staff members and agents are doing a great job of keeping the division running smoothly.
Leara’s agency also sets regulations for making beer, wine, and hard liquor at home. He says while Missouri residents are allowed to make their own alcoholic beverages, they CANNOT sell them.
