Liberty Teen Dead After Monday Drowning

A Liberty teen is dead after drowning in a private pond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Liberty resident Dashiza R. Jordan walked into a pond on private property at 2206 old State Highway 210 at about 4:30 Monday afternoon and did not resurface.
The Clay County Medical Examiner pronounced Jordan dead at 9:12 A.M. Tuesday.
