Livingston County Arrest of Man Allegedly in Possession of Meth

A man from Hale was arrested in Livingston County on Thursday.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 41-year-old Norman J. Caselman at 8:05 pm.

He had a misdemeanor warrant from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office for a charge of violating a protection order. Other arresting charges include felony possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caselman is being held on a $5000 cash-only bond in the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail.
