Lock Springs Man Charged With Four Felonies in Daviess County

A Lock Springs, Missouri, man faces four felony charges in Daviess County Court.

Court documents say Harold Ray Burnett Senior faces four felony charges of failure to register as a sex offender.

Records list the four charges from August 31 and September 1.

The court issued a warrant for Burnett Senior’s arrest Wednesday and set his bond at ten thousand dollars cash only.

Burnett will also be monitored via GPS and supervision services.
