Maitland Man Arrested on Multiple Driving Charges and Warrants in Holt County

A Maitland man was arrested on multiple driving charges and warrants Tuesday evening in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Brian D. Pfeil was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting by fleeing, speeding (79/55), failure to register a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Troopers say Pfeil also had outstanding warrants from Holt County for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and an Andrew County warrant for not having valid insurance.
He was taken to the Holt County Sheriff’s Office to await bond.
