Man and Woman Arrested in Buch County on Arrest Warrants

A man and a woman were arrested in Buchanan County having warrants for their arrest.

At 3:26 Monday afternoon, the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Dustin R. Embrey and 34-year-old Justine N. Schroff, both from St. Joseph.

Embrey had two warrants for his arrest. One warrant was a misdemeanor for failing to appear from the St. Joseph Police Department and the other for a misdemeanor traffic violation from the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.

Schroff also had two outstanding warrants for her arrest. One was a felony warrant for non-support from the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office and the other a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear over an insurance charge from the St. Joseph Police Department.

Both were taken into custody and are being held on bond at Law Enforcement Center.
