Man Arrested after Accident in Caldwell County

The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a man in Caldwell County after an accident.
At 7:46 pm Thursday, 40-year-old Joseph W. Dauber was arrested for a misdemeanor DWI, resisting arrest by fleeing, failing to signal, passing on the shoulder, no seat belt, speeding, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident.
Details of the accident weren’t released. Dauber was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
