Man Arrested after Crash in Atchison County

A Rock Port man was arrested in Atchison County after a crash.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 32-year-old Richard C. Esser for a class B misdemeanor DWI at 11:48 am Tuesday.

He was additionally charged with failing to maintain a lane resulting in a crash.

Esser is being held on bond in the Atchison County Jail.
