Man Arrested for Assault in Buchanan County

A man was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol for Assault on Tuesday in Buchanan County.
The arrest report says 36-year-old Tristan T. Rucker of St. Joseph was arrested for felony resisting by fleeing creating a substantial risk, a class A misdemeanor violation of an order of protection, and 4th Degree assault at 2:22 pm Tuesday.
He has been released to Mosaic Life Care.
