Man Arrested in Andrew County on Vehicle Tampering Charge

A man was arrested in Andrew County on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle.
The Andrew County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 36-year-old Danny L. Swiney at 5:03 pm Thursday.
He’s being held for 24-hours without bond
