Man Arrested Thursday in Holt County Facing a Handful of Charges

A man arrested Thursday in Holt County is facing a handful of charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that just before 7 P.M. 44-year-old Westboro, Missouri native Frank Kephart was arrested and is facing charges for possession of a controlled substance, failure to have two lighted headlamps, failure to display valid plates, possession of marijauna of 10 grams or less, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kephart was booked into the Holt County Sherriff’s Office on a 24 hour hold.
