Man From Mexico Arrested Gets DWI and Resisting Charge

A man from Mexico was arrested early this (Wednesday) morning in Andrew county for a DWI and for resisting arrest.

The Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Veracruz, Mexico resident Javier M. Hernandez Sanchez was arrested at 1:39 A.M. on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor resisting arrest. He was cited for not having a driver’s license and for speeding.

Hernandez Sanchez was booked into the Andrew County Sheriffs Office on a 24-hour hold.
