Man in Livingston County Court Friday on Four Charges From Monday

A Friday court date is set for one man after he reportedly resisted arrest Monday night in Livingston County.

Court documents say 40-year-old Joseph C. Anderson faces a felony charge of first-degree harassment.

Anderson also faces misdemeanor charges of first-degree sexual misconduct, fourth-degree assault, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

All four of those charges were filed Tuesday.

Bond for Anderson totaled 30-thousand dollars cash only.

A confined docket hearing is set for Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
