Man Taken into Custody for Felony in DeKalb County

A man was taken into the custody of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in DeKalb County for a felony.
The arrest report for 49-year-old Chad F. Gorrell of Atchison, Kansas says he was arrested at 1:14 am Sunday for felony possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and having no valid driver’s license.
He was taken to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. He is currently being held on a bond of 10-thousand dollars where 10% is cash-only on the possession charge.
