March Trial Date Set for Iowa Teen Accused of Murdering Teacher

DES MOINES, IA – One of the teens charged with murder in the death of a southeast Iowa high school teacher will go to trial in March.

Seventeen-year-old Willard Miller is charged with first-degree murder, alleging he and fellow-student Jeremy Everett Goodale beat 66-year old Nohema Graber to death.  Graber’s body was found in a park in November west of Fairfield, where she taught high school Spanish.

Miller’s trial will take place in Council Bluffs.  Goodale’s trial was previously set for early December in Davenport.  Both teens will be tried as adults.
