Maryville Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

NODAWAY COUNTY, MO – A suspect is in custody in Nodaway County following an investigation by the Northwest Missouri Cyber Crime Task Force.
Law enforcement served a search warrant on Thursday in Maryville where digital evidence and devices were seized. Officers say they believe around 160 child pornography images and videos were on those devices.
Twenty-one-year-old Breten James Kinder was arrested and is charged with possession of child pornography in the first degree. He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow for arraignment.
