May Pre-Trial Conference Set in Trenton Police Shooting

A pre-trial conference is set for a Trenton man charged in the 2019 shooting of a law enforcement officer.

Court documents say Jamey A. Griffin faces felony charges of first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action.

Griffin is accused of shooting Trenton police officer, Jasmine Diab, during a June 2019 transport.

He is next set to appear in Livingston County Court May 5 at 3:00 p.m.
