Maysville Woman Seriously Injured In Monday Morning Accident

A Maysville woman was left with serious injuries Monday morning when she reportedly ran a stop sign at an intersection with U.S. Highway 36.

According to the accident report from the Highway Patrol 29-year-old Maysville resident Danielle L. Dunning was traveling northbound and attempting to cross Highway 36 about one mile west of Hamilton at 11:10 A.M. Monday when she pulled into the path of a westbound vehicle being driven by 33-year-old Hamilton resident Kaytee D. Smith.

Both women were reportedly wearing seat belts at the time. Smith escaped injury, but Dunning suffered serious injuries. She was taken by HCA Ambulance to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
