MDC Hosting Turkey Clinic Livestream
The Missouri Department of Conservation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and Missouri Disabled Sportsmen invite new adult turkey hunters to an upcoming introductory turkey clinic.
The clinic will be from 3–5:30 p.m. on May 8.
To ensure public safety amid the coronavirus pandemic, the clinic will be live-streamed via teleconference technology.
In this virtual clinic, participants will learn from experienced instructors about wildlife identification, habits and habitat, regulations, safety, hunting strategies, equipment and game care, and how to increase success in the field.
Space is limited for this unique opportunity and participants must preregister by Friday, May 1, by visiting MDC’s website.
Event organizers will continue to monitor the public health environment and any changes to the planned event will be communicated to registered participants as early as possible.
