Mercer Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Trio Thursday

A Mercer man was arrested on a trio of charges Thursday afternoon in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Justin R. Kottman was arrested on preliminary charges of speeding, misdemeanor paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Kottman was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center and later released.
