Milan Man Arrested on Drug, Driving and Weapons Charges

A Milan man is facing a long list of charges after being arrested in Sullivan County Monday night.

Troop B of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Milan resident Jeremy R. Weaver was arrested at 7:53 P.M. Monday in Sullivan County on charges of felony possession of a firearm, felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, felony not having a drivers license, misdemeanor possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to register a motor vehicle.

According to the arrest report Weaver was released from custody.
