Milan Man Arrested Saturday On Driving And Paraphernalia Charges

A Milan man was arrested Saturday afternoon on a few driving related issues and a drug paraphernalia charge.

Troop B of the Highway Patrol says 52-year-old Milan resident Jeremy R. Weaver was arrested at 12:28 P.M. Saturday on a felony charge of driving whit a drivers license, no insurance, failing to secure a passenger under the age of 8 in a seat belt, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Weaver was ultimately released from custody.
