Milan Man Facing a Trio of Charges Following an Arrest Monday

A Milan man is facing a trio of felony charges following an arrest Monday in Sullivan County.

According to State Court Records 37-year-old Ricky A. Pauley is facing felony charges for second degree burglary, second degree possession of burglary tools, and his third and subsequent offense for operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.

Pauley was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail at 3:55 P.M. that day, and currently has a compiled bond set for $35,000.
