Minnesota Man Arrested on Numerous Counts

 

A St. Paul, Minnesota man was arrested Saturday afternoon in Harrison County on multiple charges, including drug possession and resisting arrest.

According to Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 34-year-old St. Paul resident Larvell D. Elmore was arrested just after 4 P.M. Saturday on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony resisting arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles-per-hour or more, careless and imprudent driving and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Elmore was booked into the Harrison County law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold to await the filing of formal charges.
