Missing Teen from Buchanan County Located in Kirksville

KIRKSVILLE, MO – The missing 15-year-old girl from Buchanan County has been found safe in Kirksville. Alexis Humes went missing on Tuesday from DeKalb.

Authorities say she was located Wednesday afternoon at a park in Kirksville. They say they do not know how she ended up at the park, however, the Missouri State Highway Patrol listed 17-year-old Carter Hall or Carter Sanders Hall as a suspect when Humes was reported missing.

Humes was taken to a Kirksville hospital for an evaluation.
