Mississippi Man Arrested on Cocaine Charge in DeKalb County

A Mississippi man was arrested on a felony drug charge Saturday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Gulfport, Mississippi resident Stephen C. Todard was arrested on a preliminary felony charge of possession of a controlled substance of cocaine.
Todard also faces a preliminary charge of speeding.
He was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
