Missouri AG Sues on Healthcare Vax Mandate

(Missourinet) Missouri is suing against the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers- along with a lawsuit against mandates on certain businesses:

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson have filed a challenge on behalf of 10 states against the vaccine mandate by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on health care workers. Schmitt touts that these are the first states to file a lawsuit challenging the mandate. Schmitt argues that the mandate is unconstitutional and it will quote exacerbate healthcare staffing shortages to the point of collapse, especially in Missouri’s rural areas. The other states involved are Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota and New Hampshire.
