(MISSOURINET) – Missouri’s Fourth District Congressman Mark Alford is blasting efforts to prosecute former president Donald Trump, who was arraigned in New York Tuesday on charges related to paying hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Alford says the charges are definitely politically motivated:
Alford made those comments during an appearance on Missourinet affiliate KDRO in Sedalia. Meanwhile, Missouri Congresswoman Cori Bush, a Democrat, recently tweeted that Trump needs to be convicted as well as indicted.
