Missouri House Could Approve Sports Wagering Bill as Soon as Today

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (Missourinet) The Missouri could approve sports wagering as soon as today.

HB 2502 would allow fans to use their mobile device to bet through online sites like DraftKings and it bring sports betting counters to the state’s casinos.
It’s estimated to bring some $10 million a year in tax revenue to our state.

Representative Wes Rogers of the Kansas City area proposed a tax rate change yesterday on the state income from the activity saying Kansas is about to pass sports gambling and the Show Me State should not be left behind.
