Missouri Issues November General Revenue Report

Net general revenue collection rose over last year according to State Budget Director Dan Haug. The State of Missouri’s General Revenue Report for last month shows a 19 percent increase compared to those for November of 2020, from $811.1 million last year to $965.5 million this year.

Net general revenue collections for 2022 fiscal year-to-date decreased 7/10ths of a percent compared to November 2020, from $4.53 billion last year to $4.50 billion this year.

Individual income tax collections decrease by close to 6 percent for the year, but increase by 20 percent for the month.

Sales and use tax collections also increased 20 percent for the year and 22 percent for the month.

Refunds issued by the State increased over 4 percent for the year, from $346.9 million last year to $362.2 million this year and 34 percent for the month.
