Missouri S & T Experts Analyze Data from James Webb Space Telescope

(MISSOURINET) –  Scientists and stargazers alike have been expressing amazement at the first set of recently-published images from the James Webb Space Telescope.

Missouri University of Science and Technology aerospace engineer Hank (PERN-nica) Pernicka and others at the school have special interests and involvement in the telescope’s development and mission to show us images from 13 billion years ago.

He says while exploring space solves many complicated questions for humankind, it also spurs much more curiosity.

The James Webb Space Telescope blasted off from Earth last Christmas and is now in orbit a million miles away between the earth and the sun.
